The Morelia Music Festival is working with musicians/instrumentalists from all over the Americas to comprise the Sinfonieta FMM and play in the 31st edition of the Morelia Music Festival Miguel Bernal Jiménez.
Selected participants will benefit from tutorials and masterclasses from prestigious musicians as well as having the opportunity to perform as part of the Festival’s official concerts program.
The project will take place from November 11 to 23, 2019 in Morelia, under the direction of Maestro Juan Felipe Molano (Colombia).
· Two clarinets
· Two bassoons
· Two horns
· Two trumpets
· One piano
· One percussion
Sinfonieta will be comprised by:
· Ten violis
· Four violas
· Four cellos
· Two double basses
· Two flutes
· Two oboes
Selected participants will benefit from:
Round trip (by land) from Mexico City to Morelia; and from Morelia to Mexico City
